In-folio (41 x 31,5 cm), title in a richly engraved border (underlaid), coloured by hand. With 8 series of engraved plates, with part titles, continuously numbered, from 1-166, lacking plate 113. On the other hand 4 extra tinted engravings have been inserted, numbered 74B, C140, 75E, 76E. There is no text, but the drawings were intended as models for students or apprentices in art or engraving. Beautiful copy, with only minimal marginal foxing. Together: 169 plates. 20th century half vellum binding
