Latin manuscript on paper (c. 14,8 x 9,5 cm), [82 + 36 bl.] pp. 273 numbered verse quotations from Ovid + 37 original (?) 'Epigrammata' (mainly religious poems). With 2 engravings: a full-page ill. of a noble couple reading a large book, and a half-page unidentified coat-of-arms (lower half cut out or left blank). In good condition. Contemporary sheep, gilt spine with 5 raised bands, red sp. edges (rubbed, lower cover cut into, lower flyleaf loosening)

Frans Emanuel BAELDE, Lord of Dendermonsche in 1712 held the 'ammanschap' of Izenberge, Krombeke, Vinkem, Westvleteren en Wulveringem (see Inventaris van het archief van de Rekenkamer, daarna 'Bureau des Finances', te Rijsel.
