In-folio agenda (40 x 14,5 cm), series of 19 maps of the Theatrum Orbis Terrarum by Ortelius. All maps are folding and in splendid CONTEMPORARY HAND COLOURING. Dimensions of the maps: ca. 36 x 48 cm. None of these maps has text on the back. Both the typographical title-page and the general map have been skillfully restored in the fold. A few other maps are reinforced in the folds.
