Three single leaves, 142 x 96 mm, each with single column of 19/20 lines in an elegant early gothic bookhand, written below topline, numerous one-line initials set off in margin in gold or blue with blue or red curling penwork, line-fillers in same in geometric and foliate designs (some of these with decorative penwork trailing into margin), 2-line initials in gold containing sprays of white foliage on blue and pink grounds (each leaf with one such initial), small spots and stains, slightly trimmed at edges with tiny losses from extremities of penwork decoration, overall excellent condition
