In-folio (33,5 x 23,5 cm), [24] + 288 + [44] pp. With engraved allegorical title page (allegory of Rome, triumphant over the conquered nations), engraved printer's device on last page (cornucopia) and 226 (of 234) engravings on full page with representations of Roman coins. Lacking quire t (pp. 145-152). Beautiful initials. Engraved title page is loosening (no loss), slightly age-toned, some foxing. Bound in half leather, spine with 4 raised bands, title in ink on lower edge, pink paper on the boards
