Two conjoined leaves, each with single column of 15 lines of a good Romanesque bookhand, without biting curves, with accompanying music in neumes arranged around a red Clef-line, tall and thin capitals, red rubrics, a few one-line red initials and one large simple red 'B', recovered from reuse on a seventeenth-century limp-vellum binding (with scrawls dated 1618 and naming Vicenzo Campi, among other inscriptions including a large 'A'), and hence with cuts to leave thongs of that later binding exposed, tears and splits to edges, small holes and scuffs, inner side of bifolium (that which was outermost when in reuse on binding) more damaged with old mould-spotting there and areas of text illegible, overall fair condition, each leaf approximately 350 by 220mm
