De oplage bedraagt 75 genummerde exemplaren, dit is nr.7, getekend door Maris Bayar, Patrick Conrad en Tony Rombouts. Losbladig. De foto op de voorzijde is van Axel De Meester, de foto op de achterzijde van Gerald Dauphin

Contramine was de private press opgericht door Maris Bayar en haar echtgenoot Tony Rombouts. Dit is nr. 7 in de Poëziereeks. Het werk van Bayar en Rombouts zelf is een extreem van 'écriture artiste', een verfijnd esthetisch spel op de rand van de kitsch, maar gepresenteerd en wellicht ook beleefd als een houding van artistiek verzet, een 'contramine' van schoonheid. In de kringen rond Tony Rombouts wordt Maris vereerd als ""de inkarnatie van de muze zelf"" : ""zo leeft Maris tussen ons : als meisje, als mythe, als mens."" (Radar, jrg. 2, nr. 2, 1976)
