Single leaf, with main text in double column of 38 remaining lines of a rounded university hand, full gloss filling borders on three visible sides (upper margin trimmed away) in smaller version of same script, red or blue paraph marks, red rubrics, 2- to 5-line initials in same colours with contrasting penwork, one large initial 'D' (opening ""Dubius in fide infidelis ..."") in dark pink with white tracery and circles overlaid, enclosing an 's'-shaped lacertine animal with a dog-like head, all on gold and blue grounds with foliage scrolling away into the border, some tears at edges (with losses to upper part of leaf), small holes, old purple mould spotting, scuffs and discoloured areas, overall fair and presentable condition, 335 by 250mm
