Bifolium (c. 38,5 x 31 cm), folded, texts written on recto of first leaf, with 1 v and 2r-v blank (but for some scribbling on f. 2v). Coloured red, blue and yellow. In all in good condition (clear dampstains, edges sl. frayed, small hole in coloured circle). Contents: 1. Devotional text. 2. Comical Dutch poem: ""Loven, brussel zijn twee steden/ als men die trecken sal op sleden/ en de zee zijn zonder sant/ ende de wereld zonder lant..."" 3. Receipt of payment by Melchior Peeters of 700 guilders for a house and land in Lokeren in 1743
