Two cuttings affixed together (one upside down) and backed with paper printed with flowerheads to form a later binding, in total 6 lines of text in a Gothic bookhand, with music on a 4-line red stave (rastrum: 19mm.), rubrics in red, two initials in ornamental penwork filled with yellow-brown wash, one of these with a grumpy man's face at the side, some scuffs, edges torn, overall fair condition, in total 205 by 145mm

Processionals were portable choirbooks, made in large numbers and of small size so that they could be carried by members of a religious community as they progressed through a town singing. These cuttings here, having survived in a later binding, are probably all that remains of the liturgy of the community that used the parent book
